The Alche my of Yoga is a 7-day retreat on the land of volcano Etna, in which we will explore the depth and the knowledge of a pure and devoted yoga practice.

What to expect?
After the great success of last year's edition, we are happy to repeat this experience and share with you one amazing week at Femmina Morta, the dream location situated between Mother Etna and the Mar Ionio, near Catania, Sicily.

Monday 10th:
arrival at Femmina Morta after 2 pm
3 pm check-in
6 pm welcome dinner
8 pm Opening Circle & Yin Yoga practice

What a regular day will look like :
8 am Mindful morning & meditation
9am Jivamukti based Vinyasa
11 am Vegetarian/Vegan brunch
free time and or different workshops
6 pm Dinner
8 pm evening activities

11 am Last brunch together
