Heart of Devotion
On 09 November 2024, I am hosting a little Yoga gathering in Berlin at Yoga Hub Berlin Kapelle.
An opportunity for everyone who wants to deepen their understanding of this ancient philosophy called Yoga, and go beyond the postures taught in regular classes.
We will open the evening with a little introduction and a 90-minute Master class, followed by some Pranayama and Japa Meditation* (theory and practice).

After a little break, we go on with the program: Mantra singing and Devotion circle.

Through this evening together, I aim to offer tools and knowledge to help integrate various yogic practices into daily life for students who are drawn to this ancient wisdom.
Yoga goes beyond the physical postures (asanas) and encompasses a deeper philosophy, Pranayama, and Japa Meditation—techniques that will elevate your practice both on and off the mat to higher levels of consciousness.
