Yoga and Meditation
I am a 1200-hour-trained teacher and I have graduated in different styles of yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra, and currently I've finished my mentorship program at 3 Boons Berlin, learning the Jivamukti method.
Some years ago I did my Gong Master and a Sound Healing curse, so in my classes, you will often hear some healing sounds too.
You can find me daily in many Yoga studios in Berlin like Three Boons Mitte/ Xberg/ Charlottenburg, Green Yoga Xberg and Pberg, and Yoga Hub Berlin Pberg.

Ayurveda Massage
Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage helps to enhance skin tone, detoxifies and revitalizes the entire body and induces a deep relaxation.
During the treatment you will be in your underwear and your body will be covered with towels, only the body parts being massaged will be exposed to the oil massage. I use organic sesame.

Reiki
Reiki is practiced lying on the massage table with your clothes on.
The practitioner's hands are placed on the client at 12 different points.
It is not necessary to touch the client at all 12 points, you can also work with energy by placing your hands on the part to be treated but a few centimeters away from the physical body.
